Everything You Need to Know About WhoKnew™ Priority Support

🔧 REQUIRED: Include Your System Info

ALL support tickets MUST include your complete System Info from your plugin's WhoKnew™ admin tab.

Without this information, we cannot diagnose or resolve your issue, which will significantly delay your support response.

How to Get Your System Info:

  1. Go to your WordPress Dashboard
  2. Navigate to WooCommerce → WhoKnew
  3. Click the "System Info" tab in your plugin
  4. Click the "Copy System Info" button
  5. Paste the copied info into your support ticket

⚡ Tickets submitted without System Info will be returned for this required information before troubleshooting begins.

⚠️ CRITICAL: File Attachment Policy

All files attached to support tickets are permanently deleted when the ticket is closed.

This deletion is immediate, permanent, and irreversible. Files are removed from our servers for your security and privacy.

This includes:

  • Screenshots and images
  • Error logs and debug files
  • Database exports
  • Configuration files
  • Custom code snippets
  • Any other uploaded documents

Before Your Ticket is Closed:

  • ✅ Download any files you need to keep
  • ✅ Save important screenshots to your local computer
  • ✅ Back up any code snippets or configuration details
  • ✅ Export any logs you may need for future reference

WhoKnew™ is not responsible for recovering deleted attachments after ticket closure.

📝 Creating an Effective Support Ticket

One Issue Per Ticket

Submit separate tickets for different issues to ensure faster, more organized resolution.

Descriptive Subject Line

Clearly summarize your issue (e.g., "Views not displaying on product pages" instead of "Help needed").

Include Your System Info (REQUIRED)

Copy and paste your complete System Info from WooCommerce → WhoKnew → Plugin → System Info tab into every ticket. This is mandatory for all support requests.

Detailed Description

  • What You Expected – Describe the desired behavior
  • What Actually Happened – Describe the actual behavior
  • Steps to Reproduce – List exact steps that led to the issue
  • Error Messages – Copy the complete error message (if any)
  • When It Started – Note any recent changes (updates, new plugins, etc.)

Visual Evidence

Screenshots or screen recordings help us understand and resolve issues faster. Use tools like:

  • Lightshot, Monosnap, or Droplr for screenshots
  • Loom or CloudApp for screen recordings

Remember: Download any attachments you need before the ticket closes!

🚨 Priority Levels

Select the appropriate priority when creating your ticket to help us address the most urgent issues first:

🔴 Critical
Site is down or major functionality broken
🟠 High
Important feature not working, blocking work
🟢 Normal
General support requests and questions
🔵 Low
Feature requests or minor cosmetic issues

Our Commitment: We respond to all tickets as quickly as possible and prioritize based on severity. Critical issues affecting site functionality receive immediate attention. Please note that response times may vary based on ticket volume and complexity.
